Warlick/Hall is the engineer of record for 377 dry slips accommodating vessels up to 50 feet in length. In addition, Warlick/Hall also performed professional services on auxiliary structures to include generator stands, forklift stops.


Jacksonville Harbour Yacht Club, Jacksonville, Florida

Warlick/Hall is the engineer of record for structure capable of holding 149 vessels up to 45 feet in length. A helical anchor foundation system was utilized to resolve poor soil conditions.  We also value engineered the clubhouse in structural steel saving the client both time and money. Warlick/Hall provided design and construction documents for the fork lift stops, as well as installing the fork lift stops.


Tampa Harbour Yacht Club, Tampa, Florida

Warlick/Hall is the engineer of record for structure capable of holding 773 vessels up to 50 feet in length. We were also the Threshold inspector.


Naples Harbour Yacht Club, Naples, Florida

Warlick/Hall is the engineer of record for structure capable of holding 680 vessels. We also designed a hybrid foundation system, of spread footers and stingray anchors to resolve uplift loads. The use of a hybrid foundation  was an economical way to lower the cost for our client. We also designed and engineered the foundations for the boat launch.
